During the in-house exhibition, daily tours of the GROB halls will be organised according to the following schedule:

On Thursday, April 18, 2024, we would like to celebrate the third day of the trade fair with you in a relaxed atmosphere from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm at our in-house exhibition.

Everything you need to know about the event

From when is access to the fairgrounds possible?

Please note that access to the GROB in-house exhibition grounds is only possible within the official opening hours of the event. These are from Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm and Friday from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm.

I did not receive a ticket after my registration or I lost my ticket. What do I have to do?

No problem. In these cases, please send us a message directly to marketing@grob.de. Our trade fair team will be happy to help you!

Do I have to bring a printed copy of the ticket for access to the fair or is a digital version sufficient?

The digital version of your ticket is sufficient for admission to the trade fair. You do not need to carry the printed ticket with you.

Can I bring someone else to the GROB in-house exhibition at short notice?

In principle, this is possible. However, please note that your escort may not enter the trade fair grounds without official registration. Your escort must therefore register separately via our official registration form. Thank you very much!

Can I still change the day of my visit to the fair or cancel the ticket I have already received?

Yes, this is not a problem. In the confirmation email you received after your registration for the trade fair, you will find a link through which you can cancel your visit.
If you only want to change the day of your visit to the trade fair, please also use the cancellation option in the confirmation email and then re-register for the desired day of the trade fair via our registration form.

Can I make an appointment in advance with my GROB contact during my visit to the trade fair?

You are welcome to arrange an appointment in advance with your personal GROB contact. Please contact your contact person directly. If you do not know your contact person, you will find the appropriate contact at www.grobgroup.com/kontakt/vertretungen.

Where can I find the GROB in-house exhibition program?

You will find the program for the GROB in-house exhibition on our overview page above the registration form. In addition, you will receive a visitor brochure with further information on the exhibited technologies and services when you visit the trade fair.

Which hotels are located near the exhibition center and where can I book?

Yes, the selected hotels offer exclusive rates for visitors to the GROB in-house exhibition. If you are interested, please contact marketing@grob.de.

Where can I park my car and how do I get from there to the exhibition center?

You can find all the details on how to get there, parking and the shuttle in the upper section of the registration page under the "How to get there" tab.

Is there a possibility to charge my electric car on site?

Yes, this is possible. Please inform us with a short email to marketing@grob.de when and how long you would like to charge your electric car. We will then be happy to assign you a suitable parking space.
